Mobile Notarization
Life is busy and we understand that. We are available for you after work hours and on weekends so you can take care of business without taking time off. Traveling to your location, we make notarization quick, convenient, and professional for you and your loved ones. We will meet you where you need to sign paperwork whether that is at home, work, a nursing home, hospital, or even a local coffee shop.
After-Hours Availability
Mon-Thurs: 6PM- 8:30PM
Fri-Sat: 12PM-8:30PM
Holiday Hours: 9AM- 8:30PM
Single Document Fees
Notarization is $7/signature/ document
Travel within Baldwin City: $45 (Mon- Sat. Home, Office, Public Venue)
Travel outside Baldwin City: $55 Wellsville, Edgerton, Ottawa, Eudora, De Soto, Springhill, Overbook, Lawrence
Holidays: add $25 to travel fee
Same day appointments welcome!
Fees are permitted by Kansas law, but not required. Payment will be collected at the time of service and recorded in the Notary Public Journal.
